Different perspectives are part of how Grounded was built.

Grounded was founded by two women with decades of experience leading HR inside complex organizations. The perspectives we bring come from that experience, but also from who we are and the different experiences that shaped us.

For clients with supplier diversity goals, our WOSB certification also provides a way to bring experienced, independent HR expertise into the work while supporting diverse supplier participation.

We use AI. We stay accountable for the work.

AI is part of how we work at Grounded. We use it to help us research, analyze, create and work more efficiently, but we don't hand our judgment or accountability over to it.

We apply human review to the work we deliver, protect confidential information, and consider the risks that come with using AI in people-related decisions and processes.

The tools may change. Our responsibility for the work doesn't.

Being part of a community means contributing to it.

Grounded believes experienced HR leadership can make a difference beyond traditional client work, too.

Grounded co-founder Ingrid Williams serves on the board of Arouet Foundation, an Arizona nonprofit supporting women impacted by the justice system as they rebuild their lives, careers and communities.

Our involvement reflects something simple: when the experience we have can be useful to organizations doing important work, we want to put it to work.
